Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and who sees it.
Last updated October 2026
What we collect
To fulfil orders we collect your name, shipping address, email address and order contents. If you create an account we also store your password (as a salted, one-way hash) and any addresses you save. We record the technical details of requests, such as a hashed form of your IP address, to prevent abuse.
What we do not collect
We do not collect or store payment card details, because we accept cryptocurrency only. We never hold your private keys. Blockchain transactions are public by nature, so a payment address and amount are visible on the network.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order emails (payment received, shipped), answer your messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the service providers needed to run the store: the shipping carrier and label service (name, address, phone if given), the email service (your email address and message content), our hosting and database providers, and the payment processor (order amount and reference). They may only use the data to provide their service.
Protection
Shipping addresses and emails on orders are encrypted in our database. Access to the admin area requires two-factor authentication, and administrative actions are logged.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and saved addresses at any time, and we will do so except for records we must keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from any non-order emails at any time. This store sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from abuse.
