Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be added later.
Processing time
Orders are packed after payment is confirmed on the network. We aim to ship within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. Orders paid on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, or is a flat rate or free above a minimum order amount where shown. The total, including shipping and any tax, is fixed before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also see it on your order page using your order number and email.
Address mistakes
Please check your address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and parcels returned because of an incorrect address may need a new shipping payment to be sent again.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, for damage, photos of the packaging and items. We will reship; see the returns policy.
