Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to buy the products in your location.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. When you check out, the total is converted to cryptocurrency at the rate shown and held for the time shown on the payment page. An order is only accepted once we have received and confirmed the full payment. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly.
Underpayments, overpayments and late payments
Payments that are too low, too high, or arrive after the payment window are reviewed by a person and are not shipped automatically. We will contact you to resolve them. We are not responsible for crypto sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network.
Shipping, returns and refunds
These are covered by our shipping policy and returns policy (all sales are final; we reship if there is a problem), which form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
